We meet in our visitors center on the beach of Bayahibe from where we board the motorboat and the adventure begins.

The boat tour, cruising over the calm Caribbean waters with all shades of blue is an experience in itself. The remote beaches away from mass tourism are breathtaking. Soft white sand, palm trees for shade and calm, warm crystal clear water to cool off in while enjoying a few drinks and refreshments on the beach is pure bliss!
Sandbank: in the middle of the ocean with huge starfish
One of the highlights of visiting Saona Island is standing in the middle of the Caribbean Sea on a knee deep, shallow sandbank searching for the beautiful starfish. The turquoise colors of the water and the swaying palm trees in the background is probably one of the most beautiful sights to see and also creates the perfect setting for gorgeous pictures.
Catuano Beach: snorkeling and relaxing at our private concession beach on Saona Island
Lunch is served on one of the remote beaches, lunch includes grilled chicken, pork chops and an array of salads, pastas and fruits. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included throughout the whole day. Optional extras such as champagne and beer are available, please mention any special request you might want in the comment of your reservation.
Mano Juan: a journey back in time..
Visiting the tiny fishing village of Mano Juan offers the opportunity to see the real Dominican coastal culture with all it's colors and happy faces. We can go and have a look at the Sea Turtle Conservation Project and if lucky, might be able to see baby sea turtles!
Canto de la Playa - remote ... feel alone in paradise.
Snorkeling off the beach to explore the beautiful shallow reefs and observing the sea life is great for beginner and experienced snorkelers. If you have never snorkeled before this might be one of the best opportunities to try something new. Our guides are trained instructors and are excited to show you the wonders of the underwater world.

Shared Tour Details:
The Saona Crusoe VIP is a shared tour to Saona Island and is offered in open air boat tours with a max of 24 people. The seating arrangement can be compared to a bus or airplane. Exactly like during commercial air travel, keeping adequate distance while in transit on the boat is difficult. For that reason we strongly recommend guests to wear protective gear while on the boat, the longest stretch of boat transit is 30 minutes. As soon as we disembark at the various stops, adequate distance is possible so the use of protective gear is not necessary.*
Private Tour Details:
Private tours are offered at a higher price, no protective gear is necessary because you will be sharing the boat with your family or travel companions only. The itinerary can be adjusted to your desires.*
*Our guide and boat crew are required and trained to wear protective gear and keep adequate distance at all times during both the shared and private tours.
