As part of the booking process we collect personal information in order to perform our services. The booking process covers the issuing of the voucher, information re hotel pick-up, a request for feedback about our services, our ‘Photo service’ downloads and the 'Give away a coupon' and loyalty campaigns. We use this information to give you details about your booking and details about last minute offers, discount codes etc. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use third-party providers, Snaphost.com and Google Cloud Services (Google drive), to hold our information. Both parties have their own privacy statements.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the 'GDPR link' on our website or by emailing us on requesting to be removed from our list.

EXCURSION BOOKING THROUGH THIRD PARTIES
If you book one of our excursions with any of our third party booking agents they all provide their own privacy statements on their websites. Please refer to these if you have any questions regarding their policies. Any information held here is held securely and is only accessible by employees. All card or paypal transactions are kept securely locked away and held for the statutory period. Any personal details supplied by our booking agents are destroyed after use/transaction.
