..wonderful experience..
Saona excellent trip with wonderful hosts, Marion and her crew make sure that everything is arranged superb. Delicious lobster lunch, lovely people in Mano Juan and of course excellent snorkling! Quality time and value for money! If you want to travel Dominican Republic instead of staying within the walls of a resort? ask them for advice!

One of our best trips
All our expectations were met and we had one of the best day of our cruise. In addition to the typical route they broad to us a cast-away-beach. We also visited a small, nice village with very friendly people. Also to our little kids (2 and 5 years old) speedboat racing was really good fun.

VIP to SAONA
Wow, wow, wow... what more can be said... If you book with other tour operators... i don't know... but... I met the owners and I actually enjoyed Saona excursion twice in one week. So that speaks for itself. If you want a part of the world were you can call paradise... TRY it... you have nothing to loose!!!
The staff are nice and friendly and the food was amazing... don't expect bathroom VIP changing rooms or a bunch of chairs to sit when you get there... expect a nice speed boat ride. if you don't want it to be too rough sit in the back... Very smooth. But go there with an open mind to visit a little tiny village and experience the true culture, and the amazing great lunch VIP and remember that pee pee time (toilet time) is in the ocean and it's great!
I could talk about this place over and over but honestly trust me... As a Canadian we have everything given to us in America... but go there and enjoy nature and the beautiful beach and water and food and cuba libre !! HAVE fun and book with SEAVIS!!!!!!! They are cheaper and you can trust everything about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will also be with a guide that will explain you everything and will answer all the questions you may have!!
GO HAVE FUN and enjoy nature!!!!!!!!!!!! Bring some sun screen!!
I LOVE this place!! would want to go back at least once a week!!

Saona VIP Tour
Took the trip with my wife and another couple we went on vacation with (along with 20-others on the boat). Alexander knew who we were before we saw anyone with the Seavis T-shirts. The ride out to Saona Island was very informative including the mangroves and natural swimming hole. While on Saona Island, we toured through the town. Seavis has a great working relationship with the Island. Marian was very informative and answered any questions we had. Although we could not go snorkling (rough water), the crew improvised and made an impromptu stop at another part of the island. They were very professional, and I would take the trip the next time we visit the country.

What a Tour!!!
Ok, Ok, Ok, what and where to begin and how can I start, this so far has been the best excursion I ever did!!! What a Tour !! Don't hesitate, book with these guys, they are FUN, GREAT, friendly, helpful and they would answer any question you may have. You need to see the little part of paradise. You are guarenteed to have a great, amazing day!! Book with Seavis, you will save $ and have an amazing time!!. I loved it and I will go again...

relaxed time
The tour was great. We had a good guide who spoke clearly and explained anything we asked. The boat ride was great fun, the lunch was awesome and plentiful. We enjoyed the beaches and the relaxed time. Would recommend it to all.

Not as good as advertised
We went to Saona VIP tour and it was very uncomfortable trip. Sea was very rough and the boat was jumping on the waves. I was very insecure on it. There was not enough space for our bag. Seats were very hard, it was painful when boat hit waves. The captain was quite skilled (Israel I think his name was) so we trusted him that boat will not flip over. We didn't particularly see anything. Saona was beautiful, but there was not enough time to visit it. Lunch was awfull, we didn't touch anything at all. We were hungry all day. I do not recomend this trip. Better pay more and go by catamaran than speedboat.

BEST TOUR I EVER HAD
BEST TOUR I EVER HAD! Ive been coming to Bayahibe and DR for several times.. this one day i decided to take the Tilanus' trip because ive heard it was good.. well IT IS!! had the BEST time of my life! they take you to all the attactions!! really worth your time and money! i come from italy but when i come back to the DR ill surely take the tour again! a different one. SEAVIS ROCKED

..perfectly arranged
We booked this trip just one day before and our transfer from Punta Cana was perfectly arranged! Thanks Alexander! This tour is a wonderful one, took us in a small group to wonderful beaches you can see on postcards and to a lovely fishermens' village where we could get closer to Dominician inhabitants. If you want to avoid crowded beaches and mass tourism and see beautiful nature and beaches then book this trip. We can only reccommend it! This was the highlight of our holiday. Thanks Marion and crew!

Brilliant day out
I went on the Crusoe VIP day trip in Jan 2010. It's brilliant - go! The pictures on their website are gorgeous, and that is exactly how it is on the day. The two beaches on Saona Island we were taken to were the most beautiful we saw in our whole holiday, and it was great to be shown around the fishing village of Mano Juan with its colourful houses and the lovely local children. Our guides Marion and Anel have an astonishing array of languages between them and are really fun and informative. You'll learn loads about the history of the people without even realising it! The whole day really is the perfect package - great guides, gorgeous locations, and lots of variety. Book the trip, you'll be so glad you did!

Seavis was incredible
Alexander was wonderful and patient in answering my many questions on several different tours. Since there was not enough interest in one tour I was interested in Alexander contacted me several times to arrange an alternate tour which was amazing. Seavis was one of the most professional and organized tour groups I have ever travelled with. The Seavis staff were wonderful on the tours and the saona vip tour/catalina trip were fantastic. I would definetly recommend booking through seavis as opposed to the resort catamaran or booze cruises. Many thanks Alexander for making our trip extra special.

Excellent Family Outing
We chartered a speed boat for 21 directly through Alexander, the owner of Seavis Tours. Our group consisted of 8 children and 13 adults. The boat was in excellent condition and we had three wonderful guides for the day. All of the guides spoke English and provided a fun and fact-filled day about the Dominican and its natural habitats. Carlos and Anul were particulary interactive with the children in our group.
Alexander provided a lunch (including grilled lobsters) for our group on Saona Island which made it a memorable occasion. I found Alexander to be extremely professional and honest. He quoted us a price prior to our trip and never tried to tack on any additional costs.
Highly recommend this group if you are interested in exploring Catalina and/or Saona Island that includes snorkeling.

Catamaran Boat Tour
I can only highly recommend Seavis Tours and especially the owner Alexander and his extremely pleasant wife who personally was with us on the boat. We took the catamaran to the island and while the majority took the speed boat on the way back to do some snorkeling and other things, some people went back again with the catamaran. We had the catamaran for ourselves, that's what I wanted and paid for for 33 guests. On the way back we had the speedboat for ourselves and the people on the catamaran had to share the ride back with others. The day was amazing and we got everything we promised and more. More...

We had a wonderrful time! anell was very friendly and answered all our questions. He found starfish for us, showed us the best places for snorkeling, and all while speaking 5 languages. Services were great! Would do again!

Seavis 'saved' my trip
5 months pregnant and celebrating my babymoon in Punta Cana !! Awww...i had heard soo much about La Saona Island and couldnt wait to highlight my trip. Most trips to La Saona are by speed boat one way and catamaran one way !! But being preggers, the speed boat was a no-go !! And believe it or not none of the zillion tour operators i spoke to could arrange any alternate means of getting there. Then came Alex from Seavis :) Alex arranged a two way catamaran sailing trip for me which went through smooth...every person we changed hands with - from the hotel pick up bus to the boat to the catamaran to the guide all knew of my pregnancy and took great care of me! Everyone spoke great english (which trust me comes in very handy when all you know is ola) and transferred us back safe to our hotel !
It must be said, that if it was not for Seavis, my otherwise perfect babymoon would have been quite a bummer !

Dolphins and a shark..
The Crusoe trip was awesome... we had more than 20 dolphins around the boat; and I even touched a shark!!!! Israel, the captain, caught a 1 meter nurse shark with his bare hands... And we all could touch it before he released it again. We also saw the flying fishes... Do not hesitate to book this tour; you will not be disappointed....'

Brilliant 2 days out
I write this on behalf of a party of 6 people. We did the Saona Island VIP trip and the Catalina island trip. Both days were such a lot of fun and very informative, we learnt a lot about the surrounding area and its history. It was great to sample the life outside the Iberostar complex and broke our holiday up nicely, preventing us being bored. Both trips were well worth the money. We booked over the internet before leaving the UK and were picked up at precisely the time arranged and charged the exact price agreed by email. Dont hesitate, book, its a very reliable and trustworth company.'

Happily surprised...
....Our family of 6 took the Saona Crusoe VIP and had a wonderful day. The staff was friendly, organized and helpful. We were skeptical given prior experiences with different companies, but were happily surprised. Took great pics, ate great food, and the white wine was surprisingly delicious. Canto de la Playa is paradise!!! Worth every cent. Do it!!....'

Amazing..
....The Saona Crusoe was such an amazing trip! We were expecting it to be good, but it far surpassed our expectations. Although we were the only English speaking tourists, the guide never made us feel left out. The guide was excellent and spoke very good English. My wife and I are glad we went through Seavis instead of the hotel. We are going on another trip with Seavis on Friday (the Safari)! Thanks Seavis...'

Paradise..
...We went with our 2 children on the Seavis tour to Saona. We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was great in the museum in Mano Juan. And Canto de la Playa is a dream. We have never been on a more beautiful beach...paradise!! Snorkeling was fantastic, even for my children. We will without a doubt book a Seavis Tour again.
